When purchasing pearls it is best to take into careful consideration what sort of person you are buying for.

Are they:

• traditional
• contemporary

do they have a particular style of their own?

If you have some knowledge of their tastes, then would they prefer black, pink or white pearls? Other factors to take into account are the pearls' price range and their quality.
